Outside of work, he is a dedicated husband and proud father, always balancing career and family with care and integrity.
Dave joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. in June 2018. He has been selling Chrysler, Dodge Jeep and Ram for his entire 25 year career. He prides himself on not being much of a car guy. He gets job satisfaction from helping a family get a van or SUV that they’ll use to get kids to school and practice, or a truck they’ll use to pull a camper or boat somewhere to enjoy time together and make lifelong memories. When he’s not at the dealership, you’ll find him hiking with his wife, Joy, and traveling as far and wide as possible.
Nate joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. in September 2024. Since 2014, he has had the privilege of helping people find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. He takes pride in breaking the “stealership” stereotype by offering a transparent, pressure-free car buying experience. For him, it’s not just about selling cars—it’s about building trust, treating people right and making sure every customer drives away feeling confident and cared for.
Jake joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc, in October 2024. He has been in sales since 2003and has spent the last ten years in the car business. He truly enjoys helping people find the right vehicle and making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Outside of work, he loves fishing, golfing, fixing up his dream can and spending time with his girlfriend, Lisa, and three beautiful daughters. Wind therapy is a favorite way to unwind and recharge.
Dillon joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. June 2025. He has been in the car business since 2018. He was born and raised in Troy, currently living here with his wife and kids. Dillon enjoys fishing, spending time with family and kayaking with his wife. He loves talking to people, getting to know them and finding the right vehicle to fit their needs.
Adam joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. in July 2020 and has enjoyed contributing to our mission ever since. Outside of work, his life stays full thanks to his wonderful wife and their three kids, who keep him on his toes and constantly entertained.
Beth joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. in March 2022. Beth has been with Mopar for nearly 20 years, following in the footsteps of her papaw and uncle. She has been a parts manager, warranty administrator and service manager. She enjoys making everything homemade, from bread to laundry soap. She enjoys gardening, going to the lake, family and spending time with her boyfriend and dog.
Denise joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. in May 2022. She has 14 years of multi-rooftop experience and overall, 17 years of experience in the recreation and automotive industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and post bachelorette certifications. Denise is married and a proud Mom to three beautiful children. She enjoys family time, especially coaching soccer and cheering on her kids from the sidelines!
Candy joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc. in February of 1986. She is our Title Clerk. She worked for 4 years for Miami County Clerk of Courts prior to coming to Erwin CDJR Inc. She obtained her Associated Degree at Edison State College while working full time and going to classes at night. She has one daughter born in 1998. She also worked for many years for the dealership. She married in 2022 and added a son in law to their family. After his retirement, her husband Max, joined the team as a daily errand runner. Over the many years, she has had the pleasure to wear many hats and learn many different jobs. She takes that example from the owners, Ron and Matt Erwin. She counts it as one of the biggest blessings in her life to work for and with this dealership and our great customers.
Teri joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. in July 2024. She loves her job and states “it’s an awesome place to work”. She was raised in Portsmouth, OH, graduated from Athens HS in 1989 and Sinclair CC 2013 with an Associates Degree in Human Resources. She has been married to James since 2009, has 2 children, Nick and Brooke and 2 granddaughters, Lux and Ellie. Let’s not forget about her furry kid, Lilly Mae. She states that she is always a positive person, her motto being “always smile because you may be the only smile that person may have that day”.
Barb joined Erwin CDJR Inc. in November, 2022. She is originally from Versailles, Ohio and has over 30 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting, and is a former Spanish teacher. She holds 2 Bachelor of Arts degrees – one in Spanish and one in International Studies, from Miami University. She also holds a Master’s Degree from Wright State University. Barb has 2 sons, a daughter-in-law, and 2 beautiful granddaughters! She enjoys hiking, Harley riding, and playing the trumpet in the Tippecanoe Community Band!
Pat joined Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. in November 2013. Beginning professional career included office management/administrative assistance positions. The past 25 years have been in the automotive industry… sales, business development and internet. Excellent customer and teamwork are priorities. Her hobbies include cooking, home improvement projects and gardening. She’s not at all offended to be called the “crazy cat lady”.
