OMG. I have purchased over 40 new vehicles since my first in 1971 and this dealership experience was the best of all!! Jake, Pat, Jeff, and the other employees were awesome! I would have liked some popcorn and they offered several times but I was okay 😆. My go to dealership is only a few miles from my home, Erwin is about 70 miles from my home. I have a new dealership in Erwin. There was no bickering, hidden fees, etc. Thank you Erwin CDJR Troy OH.

So far mediocre at best, I'll wait till they finish before I do. Did not greet me even when I had been in repair bay a good 4 min.
My son and spent several days looking at many dealerships around Dayton and Troy and test drove many cars. I wasn't all that impressed with any of the dealers. Many seemed bored or not very knowledgeable. Erwin was our last stop for the day. Dave Ring was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We found the car I was happy with and Dave Ring made the process very easy. Answered all our questions throughly. The whole process with everyone involved with the sale was too notch. Will definitely look at Erwin Chrysler Dodge first for our next car.
