I want to leave this review for people who hate car salesman. I sold cars for a few years and can tell you first hand most of them are among the worst people I have ever met. Dave at Erwin’s being that exception. He is kind , patient and not the guy to run back and forth to his manager multiple times only to bring you a deal full of extra BS and runaround. I would send my grandma to this man. Awesome delivery and follow up !

I am a master certified heavy diesel technician and I have a 2011 Jeep patriot that was acting up and I thought it was the transmission. I took it to Erwin because they fixed the windows in my wifes Journey under a recall. Anyway, 1 hour labor for their technician to tell me it was a clogged catalytic converter. I was skeptical. I took it home and removed the secondary cat and used a video scope to see the inside of both catalytic converters the secondary was clogged with bits of the internal honeycomb of the primary cat. We recently had a service job done on our rear brakes on our Chrysler Pacifica. We had to wait on a special order part for a break line hose that had collapsed. Thankfully, the owners allowed us a loaner and kept us on the road for personal and business even though our vehicle was down for a week and a half. Thanks Erwin for the awesome customer service!

Stranded due to the fuel pump, Luke sent someone to my rescue. He sent a tow to Dayton to get my car and they dropped me off at home. A friend took me the next day to get a loaner while they waited on a part. They were great to work with, very caring, kind and helpful. Glad my father purchased my car from them. Obtained this beautiful 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T plus from Adam Fair at Erwin. The entire staff was wonderful, from Jeff Gasson in the Finance department to our great salesman, Adam Fair. We will never purchase a car from anywhere else but Erwin Dodge, Chrysler Jeep.
My wife was out on late afternoon errands and when she got back to the car after her second stop there was an alert saying the passenger right tire was very low. She came home right away and I put air into the tire and it held for an hour or so but quickly went back to the 28 reading.

I took my mother's 2016 Town and Country van to Erwin Chrysler for front/rear brakes and detailing. When I picked up the van I was blown away by the outstanding work of their detailer. This is no exaggeration...it looked showroom new, inside and out, including the engine compartment. I could not be more pleased!

Great services as far as that is concerned. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Facility is nice and comfortable. The only issue I have is the online check in. I added tire rotation/balance and a new air/cabin filter. Nothing I added was looked at. I had to ask for the rotation/balance and filters were not replaced.
